weekday parking

Parking is limited on Northwestern's Evanston campus, so attendees are encouraged to utilize public transportation or taxi. Those who drive should take particular note of the following guidelines.

Visitor parking is NOT allowed in the lots adjacent to Jacbos or in front of the Allen Center prior to 4:00pm. Unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed $50 by the Parking Office. Please drive to the front of the Allen Center (2169 Campus Drive, Evanston IL 60208), where you will be greeted by volunteers distributing parking permits. You will be directed to park near the north entrance of the Allen Center.

There are several convenient hotels and inns within walking distance or a short drive of campus. Many of these options offer reduced rates for Northwestern visitors, so be sure to ask when calling.

Chicago's public train systems both service Evanston. The timing of the conference in Spring usually allows for a walk in fair weather.
